If you don't absolutely love our products or would like to exchange for another size, please return the item to us via this return form printed, within 14 days of when package is received. All exchanges or refunds will be in the form of store credit. Please note that store credits are valid of 1 year from the date of issue and are applicable to use solely on the Hello Panya website.
All items will be checked to ensure they are in their original condition (i.e. unused, unwashed, original tags and labels still on) before we proceed. We recommend that you use a trackable service when returning items to us. We unfortunately cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
